I have just returned from our annual Australiasian Convention held in Brisbane and WOW did we have an awesome time! This was our 2nd convention and a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow consultants and our home office team. Jackson Scrapbooking and Cardmaking Workshops

July featured the Seasonal range, "Jackson" as part of my monthly workshops. A masculine range had been long awaited and proved to be very popular last month! These products are still available to order until the end of August, so if you missed the July sessions and want to re-create Jackson, here's a snapshot of the layouts we created!

This is the main layout from the Jackson Workshop On The Go Kit (G1094) It requires Cricut® cutting from the Artbooking Cartridge, although when my customers pre-order any scrapbook kits that require Cricut® cutting, I pre-cut the shapes for them as part of my workshop fee. The great thing about these kits is that if you don't have a Cricut® machine or prefer to do a simpler version of the layout, the instructional guide included comes with cutting instructions to replace those Cricut® shapes! Too easy! 

This additional layout was created using the remaining supplies from the kit, plus a how-to pattern you can find on my website and in the Reflections™ Scrapbook Program (9037) publication. I adapted the layout to add a couple of extra photo mats! 

In the Seasonal Expressions 2 book, on page 22, I was drawn to a layout that used Jackson but for female photos! As a mother to a teen girl, I knew this layout would suit her pictures, plus I'm a sucker for any diamond looking pattern as this is totally on trend right now! I re-created the layout using stamp set The Authentic Life (D1644) and embellished it with the leftover Jackson Assortment (Z3071) and Brave Enamel Shapes (Z3073) that were in the Jackson Scrapbooking Kit, but you can also purchase separately. 

As I have some non-stamping customers, I also like to adapt a layout from the Scrapbooking kit I'm featuring for the month using only the paper pack and the coordinating complements. This layout is the same as the first one above, just with extra photo wells and using the Jackson Complements (X7195C) some leftover Brave Enamel Shapes (Z3073) and Aqua Dots (Z1853) for a bit of bling! 

My customers like this "flat lay" and simplistic approach to Scrapbooking!

Blossom Scrapbooking and Cardmaking Workshops

Last month, as part of my monthly workshop schedule, I ran both a scrapbook and Cardmaking workshop together, featuring the current "Blossom" range. My customers loved they could choose which project to complete and some even did both! 

The scrapbook layout was packaged as a kit for $30 and included:
